14  Observed the following improper food contact surfaces: 1.sweet and sour sauce in a single service container with a hole cut in the lid to place a brush in. 2. nuts in single service containers. 3. several liquid foods in the preparation cooler are in the original metal can.Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbant, corrosive resistant, and light colored.All stored in proper containers.
